He always discusses the options and never tries to talk us into something that's not necessary. He's happy to troubleshoot over the phone and then comes round when needed. He understands what it's like to have young children and always makes sure the area is safe and cleared up at the end. We look forward to seeing him each year!
I have used Datum many times, and personally had experience with Darren. They have recently installed a new bathroom suite, over seeing the project from start to finish, and my downstairs toilet. They have also replaced my central heating system, updating it to a combi system. His professionalism and attention to detail are something you rarely experience within this profession, he is very personable and will always go over and above what is expected! We had two radiators that were not working and it turned out to be a blockage in the pipe work. The guys kept at it until everything was working perfectly again. I would highly recommend Datum Point Plumbing
